Our Lexus experience started with an email in late February 2013.  Within 90 minutes, Lexus of Hobart (Brett Clark) phoned and answered in full all questions regarding the Lexus IS250X.  Brett brought through a IS250 to Devonport for us to test drive on a Sunday morning (as this was the only available time for us).  All the extras that the X badge offered were explained in detail, as was all the features of the vehicle.  After our test drive and appraisal of our trade vehicle, we ordered our Lexus IS250X in Starlight Black complete with Moon Roof.

Lexus of Hobart offered to deliver our new vehicle to Devonport, we declined the kind offer and travelled to Hobart to take ownership.  The delivery experience was one of which is still a conversation piece.  Lexus of Hobart Showrooms: Fantastic Location, fantastic staff - Brett (our sales person), Steve (sales manager) and Meagan (customer relations).  Our Lexus IS250X was introduced in full detail for well over 2 hours.  Even 5 months following, Lexus of Hobart phone to enquire how we are enjoying our new vehicle.

We would (and do) recommend Lexus of Hobart and our Lexus vehicle to all.  Lexus of Hobart and the Staff are an outstanding team!

Anja and I have just recently purchased our fourth Lexus.

We purchased our first sedan, a Lexus IS 200, back in 2005. What impressed us most was the way the car handled after 3 years. It still felt and handled like a new car. We upgraded to the RX 350 and enjoyed another 3 years of trouble-free driving.

We are now on our second RX 350 and, as a reward for outstanding and long time service to our company, our office manager now also drives a new RX 350. Thank you for a brilliantly engineered, safe and comfortable car, we won't be changing brands.

Wow, Wow, Wow. That pretty well sums up with the way I feel about the service at Lexus of Hobart.

I need to admit one thing. I didn't set out to purchase a Lexus; I hadn't even ever imagined myself behind the wheel of one. I had become disheartened with a series of bad experiences with another prestige dealership and I felt it was time to consider the options.

Finally I stepped into the Lexus show room and I was blown away. I didn't get the judgmental look up and down, Steve took the time to listen to me about my requirements, and as I was unfamiliar with the range, he explained my options. Steve also organised an extended test drive and I couldn't fault the vehicle, I was also blown away that options that we had been paying tens of thousands of dollars for with another manufacturer were all standard in the Lexus.

Well, nearly three months after delivery, Lexus of Hobart are still blowing our socks off, from the airport valet service to the lifetime of car washes and invitations to special events - it has been amazing.

I can't recommend Lexus of Hobart enough, and I haven't even really mentioned how I feel about the Lexus itself. I LOVE it!
